NOTE: Privacy from window tint is based on the lighting in front of or behind the film. The darkest film will obstruct viewing during the day due to the external light strength as compared to the weaker internal light strength. At night, you’ll be able to see inside when lights are on and anywhere there isn’t ample external light, usually provided by external (flood lights) lighting.
